COMPLETED 2025 // EXTENSION AND REFURBISHMENT

This project is a carefully considered extension and remodelling of an existing house, designed to improve internal space, access, and connection to the garden while respecting the character of the original form. The proposal introduces a clear and simple layout, with improved circulation from the driveway through to the main living areas and out to the rear garden. New openings are positioned to maximise daylight and views, while maintaining privacy and a strong relationship with the surrounding landscape. The massing has been broken down to reduce visual impact, with materials and detailing chosen to complement the existing house and create a cohesive, well-balanced composition. Overall, the design delivers a practical, light-filled home that enhances both daily living and the long-term quality of the property.
