Seaview Farm is a listed and intact group of traditional Jersey buildings dating from the 16th to 19th centuries, arranged around a central courtyard and recognised as an exceptional example of its type. The brief was to restore the buildings to their former character while upgrading the interiors to create a modern, comfortable home. Godel Architects achieved this by using traditional local materials, high-quality craftsmanship, and carefully preserved or reinstated Jersey architectural features. The result is a refined multi-generational home that blends restored historic fabric with contemporary living, and stands as one of the island’s finest preserved farm groupings, maintaining continuity with the site’s heritage while supporting modern family life.
