Baycroft replaces a derelict house on La Route de la Haule with a modern apartment building of seven three-bedroom units to the south and four single-storey garage blocks to the north. Its design draws on the character of traditional Jersey seaside Victorian villas, echoing the style of the nearby Sur la Mer and Belhaven villas through a restrained palette and careful proportions. The scheme captures wide views across the bay and sits in harmony with the surrounding historic streetscape. It meets current environmental standards and restores the landscape with a formal south-facing garden and a sheltered central garden for residents.
